Privacy Policy

HEAL/ED exists to create intimate spaces where people can bring their whole selves into the presence of God. That includes what you share with us here. This page explains, plainly, what information we collect, why, and how we care for it.

What we collect

When you register for a gathering, we ask for:

• Your name — so we know who is coming.
• Your email address — to send your registration confirmation and essential details about the gathering, including the location.
• Your mobile number — used only for essential gathering updates.
• A prayer request (optional) — only if you choose to share one.
• How you heard about HEAL/ED (optional) — to help us understand how people find us.

If you choose the optional box to stay updated, we will also use your email to tell you about future HEAL/ED gatherings and resources. If you don't check it, we won't.

Your prayer requests

Prayer requests are sacred to us. They are never made public, never shared outside HEAL/ED's leadership, and never used for anything other than prayer. Share only what you're ready to share — and if you ever want a prayer request deleted, tell us and it will be.

How your information is stored

Registrations are stored securely with our website's database provider. Confirmation and gathering emails are sent through a transactional email service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Donations

Donations are processed by PayPal on PayPal's own site. We never see or store your payment card details. PayPal's own privacy policy governs what happens there.

What we don't do

• We don't run ads on this site.
• We don't sell or share your information with third parties for their own use.
• We don't send you anything beyond what you've agreed to.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• See the information we hold about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it — including your registration and any prayer request.
• Stop receiving updates (every update email also includes an unsubscribe option).

Children

Our gatherings and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
